Delivery and Returns

Availability

We will always aim to provide you with the best quality flowers, which means that flowers may vary from the picture, this is due to availability and the seasons. If any flowers pictured are not available for any of the reasons mentioned then we will use our professional knowledge and substitute for flowers at same value or higher and matching as close as possible.

Returns policy

We really hope that you are happy with your flowers, and they reach you in a perfect, safe condition. But If you do have a problem with your flowers please get in touch over phone or by email, within 24 hours of your order arriving and we will do whatever we can to rectify the problem. Please contact us with photographs which demonstrate any issues.

Delivery terms

When making a delivery order with us over the phone, in person, or online through our web shop, please ensure that all details are correct. This will include the recipient’s full name, delivery address and postcode, noting any special delivery instructions that may assist our delivery drivers/couriers with a safe delivery of your flowers.

We will also ask for you to include your own full name, telephone number and email address so that we may notify you in the event of any difficulty found in the delivery of your flowers.

Incorrect or misspelt details may result in delays or problems in delivery of your product. Floral Couture by Jay will not take responsibility for this if there is a mistake in the details provided by the sender. And will write all details including the card message as stated on the order.

Local delivery

We offer local delivery to DT1* DT2* DT3* DT4* & DT5*, deliveries to a local town/village that is not mentioned such as Bridport & Wareham can be arranged at additional cost & at our digression. Funeral Flowers are delivered free of charge. Orders placed by 12.00 o’clock will be delivered same day Mon-Fri & 11.00 o’clock on a Saturday.

If the recipient is not home we will leave the flowers in a safe place, with a neighbour or return them back to our shop. A “sorry we missed you card” will be put through the recipients post box.

National delivery

Our national delivery orders are sent from our shop by the courier APC next-day delivery.  They are due to be with you between 9am-6pm. A signature is required on delivery, however if no one is home and there is a safe place/neighbour to leave the flowers we always ask the courier to do this. 

If there isn’t a safe place to leave the flowers, the driver may take the flowers back to the depot to be re-delivered the next day. If this does happen, this is out of Floral Couture by Jay’s control and we will not be able to take responsibility for this. 

In the unlikely event that there is a delay with the courier and your delivery is a day late arriving, we will do what we can to make sure the bouquet is in the best condition when arriving the next day, but Floral Couture by Jay can not take responsibility for this delay. A fresh bouquet will be sent out if there are any delays over one day. 

Cancellation

Please notify us as soon as possible should you wish to amend or cancel your order on 01305 773 940 or email us at orders@floralcouturebyjay.co.uk.

If your order has been made and sent out for delivery or delivered then you will be fully charged and no refund is able to be made.
